Our No Risk Refund Policy

100% Satisfaction Guarantee means you can trust that the products we offer are reliable, high quality and competitively priced. Trustico® includes a thirty-day refund guarantee on newly purchased SSL Certificate products.

Full Refund of Your SSL Certificate Product

Within thirty days of order our retail customers may request a cancellation and full refund of a qualifying SSL Certificate product - for any reason. Generally, an SSL Certificate can be refunded if you're purchasing it for a fully qualified domain name for the first time.

We value our customers and believe the option of a refund provides peace of mind to our customers. Refunds are intended for new customers; our refund guarantee allows the opportunity to test and install an SSL Certificate risk free.

We'll Match Any Advertised Price

Cheaper Price - We'll Match It

We want every customer to enjoy our quality service, even if you find a cheaper price elsewhere. We believe there is no reason to buy your SSL Certificate anywhere else and hope you will give us a chance to beat the advertised price of our competitors.

Trustico® will cancel and refund a qualifying order upon request. The refund request must be made in writing by downloading and completing the refund request form and sent via fax or e-mail.

All refund requests must be received within thirty days of order and must be easily identifiable by containing relevant order particulars, such as the order number and domain name.

Download Refund Request Form 🔗

Our products are issued electronically and Trustico® offers refunds for limited reasons after issuance. However, if an order has not been completed it is generally eligible for refund.

If you submit your form through fax, please ensure that your fax is sent correctly, and you keep a copy of your fax transmission slip as evidence. Refund requests that are received after thirty days of order will not be eligible for refund.

More Information

New Customers may request a full refund for qualifying SSL Certificate products within thirty days of purchase for any reason. A qualifying SSL Certificate is typically one purchased for a fully qualified domain name for the first time. This refund guarantee enables risk-free SSL Certificate testing and SSL Certificate installation.

Refunds are not available for fulfilled SSL Certificate extended validation orders, discounted SSL Certificate orders, SSL Certificate products replaced free of charge, issued or completed SSL Certificate orders containing Premium Installation, SSL Certificate renewal orders, SSL Certificate subscription orders, or orders from existing customers (including partners) unless explicitly agreed on a case-by-case basis.

SSL Certificates that have been revoked are not eligible for refund, and SSL Certificate revocation itself does not constitute grounds for refund - as revocation is a feature of an SSL Certificate.

We've got some additional important Partner Refund Information 🔗which may apply to an account that has partner and negotiated pricing structures.

The SSL Certificate must be in a canceled state prior to any refund request being considered.
